Horseradish Sauce
- 1 pound diced, peeled horseradish root
- Salt
- Vinegar
- Place about 1 lb. diced peeled root in a food processor. Process until finely chopped, add salt, then pour in vinegar until the mixture is of a spreadable consistency. Will keep for several months in the fridge.
