Pumpkin Pudding
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup sugar
- Dash of salt
- 1 cup milk (or half & half)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
- ½ tsp. allspice
- ⅛ tsp. cloves
- ¼ tsp. ginger
- 1-2 Tbsp. melted butter
- Preheat oven to 400°. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a deep casserole dish. Cook for 1 hour, or until it sets and doesn’t wiggle a lot.
