Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan
  • 1½ pounds asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • coarse salt and ground pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Trim ends from asparagus.
  3. On a rimmed baking sheet, toss asparagus with 1 tablespoon olive oil; season with coarse salt and ground pepper. Spread in an even layer. Sprinkle with ΒΌ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Roast until asparagus is tender and cheese is melted, 10 to 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
