In this video, Dave is packing peaches with Sidney and talking about the crop.
Keep in mind, we’ll be bringing our early Flaming Fury and Desiree varieties this weekend. It is typical of early peaches to be on the smaller side and to have split pits. Early peaches have a shorter growth period between the time they blossom and become a fruit. So they grow very rapidly during that short window (causing the split pits) and have less time to grow as large as later season varieties. They’ll just keep getting better from here on out. And, boy, do they smell great!
