Freezing blueberries is the easiest of all fruit to put away for the winter.  Wash fruit; roll around on towel to absorb excess water; place on rimmed cookie sheet and place in freezer; transfer to freezer bag or container; when you are ready to bake the blueberries, simply pull out of the freezer and thaw completely before incorporating.  Freezing on the cookie sheet allows each berry to freeze separately, so you can scoop out a little or a lot, depending on what you are making.
