Fresh Peach Cake

Ingredients
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 ½ cups mashed peaches
- ½ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Combine oil and sugar, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time.
- Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; mix well. Gradually add to creamed mixture, mixing just until blended. Stir in peaches and pecans.
- Spoon batter into a greased and floured 13x9 inch baking pan; bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.
