Fresh Peach Cake

Ingredients
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 ½ cups mashed peaches
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
  1. Combine oil and sugar, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; mix well. Gradually add to creamed mixture, mixing just until blended. Stir in peaches and pecans.
  3. Spoon batter into a greased and floured 13x9 inch baking pan; bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.
