Sweet Potato Casserole

Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
  • 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Cinnamon, all-spice and other spices to taste
  • Crumb Topping
  • ⅓ cup butter, room temperature
  • ⅓ cup flour
  • ⅔ cup light brown sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour into a casserole dish.
  4. Prepare crumb topping and sprinkle onto the sweet potato mixture.
  5. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until crumb topping is lightly browned.
