Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Cinnamon, all-spice and other spices to taste
- Crumb Topping
- ⅓ cup butter, room temperature
- ⅓ cup flour
- ⅔ cup light brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into a casserole dish.
- Prepare crumb topping and sprinkle onto the sweet potato mixture.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until crumb topping is lightly browned.
