Kuhn Orchards is an orchard; we grow primarily fruit.  For our farmers markets, we grow a variety of vegetables to diversify our market stand.  We have grown a few vegetables specifically for our Winter CSA, such as spinach, sweet potatoes, potatoes, parsnips, salsify and carrots to name a few.  We have also asked a friend of ours to grow a few more vegetables for this year’s CSA, such as:  broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, celery, beets, and kale or collard greens.  However, depending on germination success and productivity, some vegetables may be limited or absent from the CSA box.
