Pink Lady
Appearance: Vibrant pink skin with white flesh.
Flavor Profile: Tart and sweet flavor with a champagne fizz. Very crisp.
Uses: An excellent storage apple. Enjoy eating Pink Lady fresh out of hand. When baked, Pink Lady will soften, but will keep its shape.

GoldRush
Appearance: Yellow apple with orange blush. Russets (textured spots) decorate the skin.
Flavor Profile: Firm, juicy, and tart, some say it has a winey flavor.
Uses: Excellent storage apple. Best eaten fresh, but cooks nicely too.

Flavor Profile: Sweet-tart and firm, with a good old fashioned flavor.
Uses: Excellent for baking as it will keep its shape. Stores well.
Granny Smith
Appearance: Light green skin with a pink blush.
Flavor Profile: Tart, juicy, and crisp.
Uses: Excellent for eating fresh and all cooking purposes, usually recommended in pie recipes.
Mutsu
Appearance: Greenish-yellow skin. Very large apples
Flavor Profile: Super sweet and juicy.
Uses: Excellent eaten fresh, especially as a dessert apple – slice and share with friends! Mary Margaret says it’s also a very good frying apple, as you don’t need to add a lot of sugar because it’s naturally sweet.
