Pumpkin Pudding

Pumpkin Pudding
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 cup milk (or half & half)
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg
  • ½ tsp. allspice
  • ⅛ tsp. cloves
  • ¼ tsp. ginger
  • 1-2 Tbsp. melted butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a deep casserole dish. Cook for 1 hour, or until it sets and doesn’t wiggle a lot.
