Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
- 3 cups diced sweet apples
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 cups diced celery
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 can crushed pineapple (1 lb., 4 oz)
- ¼ cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. plain yogurt
- ¼ cup water
Instructions
- Prepare apples, celery and walnuts. Toss in lemon juice.
- Drain juice from pineapple and add water, sugar and cornstarch in sauce pan. Cook until clear, then cool.
- Add yogurt. Pour over fruit and toss. Keep refrigerated.
