Sandy, Diane, Adam and Sarah are all munchin’ on Asparagus!
Sarah says, “Have you tried Mary Margaret’s recipe for marinated asparagus? It’s almost as good as when she makes it herself.”
Adam likes to add asparagus to the mix in his stir-fry. He also prepares it on a broiler pan tossed in olive oil, Italian dressing, sea salt, black pepper and Parmesan cheese.
Diane enjoys asparagus oven roasted simply dressed in olive oil and sea salt.
Sandy says, “I eat it all ways. But on a day when I am in a hurry I break the tender spears into bite sizes, put it on a plate with a tablespoon or so of water, cover with plastic wrap and mircowave it for 4 or 5 minutes. The result is wonderful, crisp, tender asparagus.”
