- 1 lb. asparagus
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Salt and pepper
- Juice from half to 1 lemon or lime
- Heat grill. Whisk together all ingredients to make marinade. Toss asparagus with half of the marinade. Grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes, turning spears until skin is shriveled and slightly charred all over. Coat with remaining marinade during grilling.
